The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing experience. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV, providing all the comforts of home. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, delivering excellent room service and ensuring our every need was met. The spa and wellness center was a highlight, offering a range of treatments including a full body massage, foot massage, and head massage, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant serving delicious meals and a bar/lounge area where we could unwind with a drink. The free Wi-Fi and parking were also greatly appreciated, adding to the overall convenience and enjoyable experience.

We highly recommend this hotel to all.

The hotel had an excellent location and beautiful scenery around it. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with great facilities and a comfortable bed. the staff provided exceptional service throughout the stay, and the breakfast had a wide range of options available.

The maintenance of the hotel was poor, and some facilities were not functioning correctly.

We recently had a lovely romantic escape to a hotel and enjoyed the two excellent dining options they offered. The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was close to all the nearby attractions we wanted to explore. Additionally, the in-house spa was an added advantage and was perfect for a relaxing massage.

Our experience was slightly marred by the lack of maintenance of the hotel. We faced issues with the hot water in all three rooms that we were moved to, which was a huge inconvenience for us during our stay. Also, the rooms were not properly stocked with basic essentials like toilet paper and towels, which was quite disappointing.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful, managing to sort out a room for me on a busy night. The room was well-maintained, tidy and very quiet. The location was great, with easy transportation options available. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. this hotel had the best facilities and staff that I have encountered in this city.

Spending my Christmas at this resort was a great decision. The location was amazing with easy access to the beach, and the pool was a definite highlight. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which added to the experience. the food was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in, and we had to ask for extra towels and toiletries.
